About National Association of Odùduwà Heritage (NAOOH)

National Association of Odùduwà Heritage, Inc., (NAOOH) is an organization committed to working for the Omoluabi community in the diaspora. We strive to help them with their challenges as well as preserve our culture and tradition for the future generations. The National Association of Odùduwà Heritage, Inc., (NAOOH) is a 501(C)(3) nonprofit organization, and contributions to the Organization are tax deductible to the extent permitted by law. 

All assets contributed to the NAOOH account shall become an irrevocable gift to NAOOH and legal control and responsibility for the NAOOH account rests with NAOOH. In carrying out such responsibilities, NAOOH shall hold, manage, invest, and reinvest the NAOOH account, and shall collect the income and shall pay and disburse monies from the NAOOH account for charitable uses and purposes consistent with Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and other applicable laws.

NAOOH is a Maryland, U.S.A based non-profit with a vision and mission to ensure the Omoluabi diaspora community realize the socio-economic gains from the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDG 2030). NAOOH has chapters across the United States with headquarters in the state of Maryland.

We have a community of seasoned executives and influential voices who act as a guiding light on our member’s journey to success.

NAOOH holds its community members (including dues paying members, staff, board members, and volunteers) to the highest standards of professional conduct, and expects that its community members act with integrity, respect, kindness, and in an ethical manner with NAOOH's staff, fellow members, and our entire professional community. 

By becoming the National Association of Odùduwà Heritage (NAOOH) Member, all members are required to complete the required NCUA survey for the purpose of establishing our proposed Federal Credit Union and membership registration form and maintain annual membership dues accordingly.

Omoluabi Prince Ayotunde Adebayo-Isadipe - Founder & President

Prince Ayotunde Adebayo-Isadipe is a seasoned entrepreneur and the founder of the National Association of Odùduwà Heritage (NAOOH) and the proposed Odùduwà Federal Credit Union vision to work for the Omoluabi Community.

Omoluabi Tope Adeyoju - Communication Director

Tope Adeyoju is the founder and President of Bronze Pillar Enterprise and he is actively working with our organization for our community around the world.

Omoluabi Dr. Modupeola Adebayo

Dr. Modupeola Adebayo is a nurse and an educator and she is actively involved in the activities to help us in our mission. She also shares the same mission.
